CNC Machining

This is a widely used process that follows a pre-programmed shape or contour to accurately machine a variety of work pieces using in some cases multiple cutting tools.
Along with producing a diverse range of components with different complexities, we utilise our milling facility to manufacture our own fixtures, tooling and work holding devices as well as electrodes for our Spark Erosion machines.
Twin Brook Engineering is able, using the latest in CAD CAM software to produce complete components that may require subsequent wire and spark erosion operations.
